Handle all payable issues. Enter company and job related billings and cut checks. On our 21 rental properties, manage all income and expenses and submit reports to investors. Handle semi-monthly payroll, including deductions for health insurance, child support, pension plans,etc. and funding correspondingly. Make all federal and state required payroll deposits as well as file required quarterly and yearlyreports. Pension liaison for the company. Educate personnel on pension plan, set up pension deductions,fund the pension plan and submit year end audit. Maintain building and liability insurance on all projects. Select Health Insurance Plan annually and educate personnel on such. Produce year end 1099s and W-2s. Proficient in Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
