Conduct outreach to identify vulnerable and other special needs populations impacted by the disaster and work with Federal, State, and local stakeholders to identify existing public and private resources, and identify gaps in resources needed for disaster-related recovery. Ongoing triage of clients' unmet disaster-caused needs to identify any immediate crisis; develop individual disaster recovery plans with clients, including specific goals and time-frames.Identify unmet disaster needs that could benefit from disaster case management services, including identification of immediate short-term needs.

Our business offers boarding, pet sitting, dog walking, and limited behavioral training. We have clients with farm animals as well as our regular dog and cat friends.

Career Counselors at New River CTC provide assistance to students with skills needed to be successfully employed upon completion of their programs, such as: resume writing, cover letter production, interview skills, etc. Career Counselors also work with employers to identify students who meet qualifications needed for available positions and work in setting up interviews for these students.

• Hiring and firing all personnel, including volunteers (individuals and organizations). • Creating and implementing the club’s program schedules and activities (after school tutoring, sports leagues, arts and crafts, health and fitness programs, recreational activities and outings, summer day camp, etc.), as well as recruiting members for these activities. • Creating and maintaining a monthly budget- including petty cash account. • Maintaining membership records and recruitment of new members and volunteers. • Attending monthly board meetings and presenting a monthly report at the meeting. • Implementing Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Girls Clubs of America in the club and also in the local area high schools (preventing adolescent and teen pregnancy programs, substance abuse and prevention programs). • Outreach with parents and the immediate community (Greensboro Housing Authority).
