CurrentPam is a Principal in CSG's Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-Certified Project Management Professional with more than 25 years of experience managing complex IT projects for both the public and private sectors, including providing business process reengineering, Independent Verification and Validation/Quality Assurance (IV&V/QA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification and federal enhanced funding, procurement oversight, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for multiple state Medicaid engagements. Pam’s expertise includes Medicaid eligibility, child support, organizational change management, electronic records management, and risk and issue management, and she has utilized project management methodologies including waterfall, Agile, DevOps, and Lean Six Sigma. She has spent more than twenty years leading and overseeing complex multi-year technology projects in Missouri.
