The project is of one of the leaders in telecom in the country and involves multiple complex solutions where Customer Experience is highly digitized, along with accommodating huge processing capacity (over 30 billion requests/day). The project provides a very high insight and focuses on different solutions build upon processing of real time as well as contextual events along with other BI and Analytical solutions. It also caters to fulfill different Telecom Regulatory Authority’s requirements.Roles and Responsibilities:Orchestrated a seamless migration of DWH system from legacy DWH system to the next generation BI and analytic Platform with the client & other stake holers.Leading a team, supervising daily operations and ensuring for an end to end daily, weekly and monthly BAU deliveries.Identified continuous improvements by conducting reviews and risk assessment before any new integration.Responsibly assessed project issues, identified solution to meet productivity, quality and customer’s goals.Set up for the need-based alerts for batch and continuous applications which early detect for the exceptions generated into system.Contributing into Performance tuning of the queries and processes. Contributed into automation for the Audit and Data validation processes.Actively involved into the capacity planning of the system. Mediated stakeholder conflicts, ensuring integrity and an effective stake holder management.Worked on analyzing existing process documents & workflows, identifying gaps, and designing tailored processes that align with best practices. Worked closely with Client, management, and other stake holders for risk assessment for the new integration and /or changes to be made as per requirements.Expanding the knowledge management through process documentation, Automation and cross skilling.
