Job Profile: Handle a high influx of in-bound and out-bound calls pertaining to the sales of credit card, loan and other banking products like Balance Transfer, Easy Cash and Insurance.Key Responsibilities :• On an average triggered 60+ calls informing the banking and non-banking customers about the ongoing campaigns and promotions on the credit cards, Balance Transfer, Easy cash and loan.• Ensure at least 3 to 4 quality sale appointments and follow up until applications captured on daily basis.• Processing the credit card and loan cases (scanning and uploading the documents) after vetting application as per company protocols and communicate/amend in case of discrepancies.• Resolving escalated issues by co-coordinating with other departments in the bank.• Update customer database to keep up with current records.
