Main Responsibilities:Prompt Coordination with operations / merchandising / principle brand teams & handling of 4 international (Koton, Aftershock, Reiss and Newlook) and 3 private label (Max, Splash, Iconic) fashion brands throughout Middle East; Inbound & Outbound/Export for multiple locations with the team strength of more than 100 operatives including 5 direct reporters along with total warehousing area of 20k sq. mtr in three distribution centers.Monitoring of shipments for quick turnaround of merchandise, operational productivity, inventory accuracy / transparency / pick percentage.Coordination with Jafza, EHS for all certifications and business vendors for smooth business operations.Pro actively ensure all health & safety procedures are maintained within the premises.Control on staff and casual staff attendance/leave/annual leave and other staff welfare activities.Responsible for all local procurements pertaining to warehouse operations - cartons/labels/stationery etc.Handling and optimum utilization of petty cash.Responsible for handling all complaints and completing the issues within a stipulated time frame.Main Achievements: Shipment turnaround time reduced to 3 days from 8 days, establishment of transparent coordination layer with operations / merchandising / principle brand teams. Implement of DEXION - WMS & PTL System, operations and standard operating procedures as per the best industry practices.Setup of CDC Vs RDC and distribution network to support regular replenishment, inventory management, and FTL dispatches. Projects done in JAFZA, DIP, Jabel Ali Ind. Area. Team building, trainings and productivity enhancement, Inventory accuracy up to 99.31 %.

Manager looking after end to end distribution for all gulf territories as well for India region for all categories i.e. Fashion, Restaurants, Furniture brands, reporting to the Warehouse manager and GM.Main Responsibilities:1. Oversee running of warehouse operations and transportation functions.\2. Delegating & Handling, Receiving, Entire Processing, dispatching of branded fashion wear for Ladies, kids and men footwear (Brands like Adams, Pumpkin Patch, Monsoon, Hush Puppies, The White Company (Furniture & Fashion) Sacoor Bros, Celio, Alcott, Etc )3.
