My roles have included:- Recruiting and supporting candidates as a career coach, providing tailored career development advice and job search strategies.- Coordinating press trips and managing industry offices for major events such as Downtown Design and the Dubai International Film Festival.- Serving in various capacities at the Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts in Montreal, including executive assistant to the general manager, sales and marketing coordinator, and food and beverage coordinator.- Assisting with banquets and customer service at Club Mount Stephen and the Greek National Tourism Organization in Montreal.- Working as a call center and box office agent at the Athens Epidaurus Festival, and as an Executive Club Hostess at Hilton Athens. My journey through the recruitment landscape, especially during the challenging pandemic, inspired me to specialise by completing a masters in Career Development.
