I work in the BYU MBA Office, getting experience in data organization and excel automation skills. Some of the things involved in my work are:- Optimized processes for data collection and team assignment, creating a dynamic team-creation worksheet to improve the process. This improvement increased efficiency, cutting down time for completion by 400%.- Demonstrated customer service skills through interactions with current students, prospective students, and faculty.- Created Canvas learning courses specially designed to be fit the needs of the MBA faculty and students. Also acted as the point of contact for MBA faculty troubleshooting Canvas problems.

I had the chance to work for the BYU Basketball team my freshman year of college as a student data analyst intern.
