G3Telecom is a Telecom company and providing long distance service, home phone, PBX Business and 10-10-ALO services. My role is to manage and support web portals G3Telecom.com and 1010alo.ca including backend process and add new features and to protect customer’s data and web security according to PCI compliance and prevent fraud calls. Added the following features Migrated Web forms based site to MVC, Entity Framework. • Created WCF service for Agents and implemented custom Authentication and Authorization using IAuthorizationPolicy. • Implemented US sale tax calculates using third part web service. • Migrated Web Forms based web site to Razor based ASP.NET MVC4.• Implemented credit card processing for online payment and for monthly billing.• IVR system to recharge account. IVR system to update CC information. • Analyzed patterns of unauthorized 10 10 service usage and designed a program to flag suspicious usage in a timely manner to prevent fraud calls. • Created mobile web site, customers can recharged there account from mobile phone and automatically redirecting to mobile web site. • Created interface for G3 Smart Dialer app for (IPhone, BlackBerry, Andriod). • Creating report using cube involve million of records. • Migrated database from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008, converted DTS packages to SSIS. • SSIS and DTS packages for transfer of data from production to report server and created daily reports for auditing purpose. • Created Monthly billing system for Post Paid customers. • Created Face Book promotion referral system and SMS for promotions • Automated sending SMS for promotions. • Automated process to update address for 911. • Redo the Activate online account including forget password, forget password. • Implemented password protection features.

Project : Britannia Management Software Systems (BMSS)BMSS is complete Order Processing System and Accounting System. I worked in almost all the module of this project including Sale Order processing, Purchase order processing, Account receivable (AR), Account Payable(AP), Salesman Commission. My major role in this project was to implement business to business (B2B) activity. In this system my role is• Import department of defense sale order(DOD) orders.• Import furniture orders from SIF file creating by Design Software (AutoCAD).• Send purchase orders to Office furniture using X12 format.• Electronic Data Interface (EDI) to send orders and Receive ASN and invoice from different office supply wholesalers likes USS, SPR, and AZT using both HTTP and FTP protocol. • Redesign the batch printing of Sale orders, Packing Slip, Pick Ticket. These are the only few features which I implemented. Environment :- Visual Studio 2003, .NET, C#, SQL Server, FoxPro. Project : Britlink BritLink is the E-Commerce solution for office supply dealers. Users can search items(Over 60,000 items), add to cart and can submit orders using internet browser. User can manage his favorite items list, dealers can set special offer items. Britannia has over 900 office supply dealers. In this project I design search engine for items using SQL-server text search option, Also I design the company List, My List and Specials items from dealers to help users to add these items into cart quickly.
