As a SME my role involves working as a trusted advisor and a technology specialist with my customers spanning across different industry verticals like BFSI, telecom, Government, Travel and Utiltiy sector.# Consulting portfolio spans over multiple Customer Contact channels which includes IVR's, Contact Centers, Digital through use of conversational interfaces powered by NLP Speech/Text interface; Biometrics etc. # Fostering innovative processes, building transformation plan and enabling realisation.# Providing consulting to medium and large scale companies looking to automate their customer interaction processes by designing multi-channel user experience with deep focus on studying and analyzing interaction styles and behaviour. My responsibilities included leading a 15-member team to drive, strategize, manage and transform on-going projects for multiple Telecom clients to the newer technology platform thereby resulting in setting up of robust platforms and bringing in efficiencies in day-to-day operations. I was also responsible for managing and developing relationships with the multiple clients in telecom space.

As part of my role, I was responsible for recruiting and mentoring engineers for executing a nationwide turnkey project for the biggest Telco's in India. Responsibilities included:# Recruit, train, mentor and manage a team of 10-members.# Ensure team is fully and effectively scheduled and utilized for the entire project. # Serve as the escalation point for Customers, account managers and tech ops, addressing issues and problem solving for the overall good of Company business.

Leading the team of 6, was responsible to work on multiple technology stacks like SS7, SMS, USSD, Speech Recognition and building Applications on top of it.
