Processing account opening request and SWIFT payments of UK, US, Bahrain, Singapore & South Africa. Performing KYC check, CDD, EDD, AML check, Sanction & PEP screening for individual and corporate entities.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Ensure service quality is maintained for all international payments, account opening and account maintenance as per agreed service standard.2. Draft and ensure all account opening & payment transfer SOP's are updated and the latest one.3. Maintain data on all the activities and provide regular MIS to senior management for review.4. To ensure all the high risk account are sent to compliance team for an approval and due diligence/enhanced due diligence is carried out for all the customers. 5. To ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements of the bank are met.6. Lead and ensure all the activities are completed within TAT.7. Support and monitor the performance of the team members.8. Perform RCA of historical performance of the team to identify the areas of strength, weakness, threats and opportunities and make strategic recommendations.9. Identifying the opportunities and taking initiative for process improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Working on "Finacle- the core banking solution" and "Omniflow" Software.2. Creating and modifying the Customer ID, Account No. in Finacle for International SBI customers and for corporate entities of different countries like US, UK, Maldives, Singapore, Bahrain, South Africa and Hong Kong.3. Processing outward remittances in multi currencies and having a good knowledge of SWIFT payment MT102, MT103 & MT202.4. Raises discrepancies in the customer application to the branches for rectification and compliance (If any).5. Familiar with KYC standards both for individuals and corporate entities such as private companies , partnership, proprietorship, Trust, Charity.6. Doing AML, PEP and Sanction checks to manage financial crime risk.7. Perform EDD for high risk customer in order to get the deeper understanding to customer activity to mitigate the risk associated with it.8. Ensure all processes and procedures are followed and only fully compliant application are processed.9. Execute and complete all the task assigned within the stipulated time to ensure SLA's are met.
