Reporting to the Head of CMA CGM Inland Services and a functional liaison in a matrix set up with the various CCIS General Managers and / or Clusters, main task is to achieve the highest level of operational and cost efficiency by installing standard operational processes and infrastructure in 80+ sites. RESPONSIBILITIES• Take ownership of the CCIS GlobaL OPS in order to drive standardization and cost efficiency / OPS excellence• Define and prioritise topics related to the delivery of the product, QSSE, Sustainibility, Security & all OPS related process and roll out globally best practices.• Develop mechanisms to ensure the correct implementation and adherence to these processes• Create a CCIS cost efficient, high quality & lean business environment• Oversee the installation of infrastructure that meets Group security standards• Optimize site equipment to reduce the Human element• Implement continuous improvement and training programs for depot staff• Ensure fast and efficient Gate processes, optimize notification system• Oversee the implementation and adherence to Global KPI’s• Define and implement environmentally green Handling machine solutions to meet Group emission targets and reduce the cost related to fossil fuels• Oversee ECH operational and repair costs – utilization , consumption etc• Work with the Group purchasing specialists to install state of the art Handling solutions• Optimize yard layout and infrastructure investments to achive maximum productivity on the lowest cost base leaseholds• Boost security and protection of Group staff and assets• Oversee the most cost efficient and environmentally friendly waste management / energy solutions• Implement the CCIS core model• Take ownership of innovation to increase workshop productivity• Implement transparent dashboards and KPI’s to deliver the core model in all of the network• Budget responsibility for costs relating to land maintenance – expansion and build back of plots we may leave

Hamburgo, Alemania

Reporting directly to CCIS Head of Europe, and a functional liaison in a matrix set up with the various CCIS site General Managers and Cluster Management, main task is to achieve the highest level of operational and cost efficiency by installing standard operational and yard related processes and infrastructure.RESPONSIBILITIES -Drive standardization and cost efficiency / OPS excellence of Depot operational processes.-Oversee the installation of automated and secure Gate infrastructure – OCR & AI as well as Container scanning Technology to identify trafficking of illegal goods.-Implement continuous improvement and training programs for Drivers, Hand workers and Cleaning station staff.-Ensure fast and efficient Gate processes i.e. optimize notification system.-Oversee the Container inspection KPI of maximum 2 days and Repair of 5 days.-Define and implement environmentally green Handling machine solutions to meet Group emission targets and reduce the cost related to fossil fuels.-Oversee ECH operational and repair costs – utilization , consumption etc..-Work with the Group purchasing specialists to install state of the art Handling solutions i.e. automated Depot Ops.-Optimize yard layout and infrastructure investments to achieve maximum productivity on the lowest cost base leaseholds.-Boost security and protection of Group staff and assets.-Be responsible for the costs related to the purchasing / usage and management of spare parts.-Oversee the most cost efficient and environmentally friendly waste management solution. Quality and Productivity / Budget -Take ownership of innovation to increase workshop productivity such as battery powered tools and cleaning station water recycling.-Implement transparent dashboards and KPI’s to deliver the core model in all of the network.-Budget responsibility for costs relating to land maintenance – expansion.-Install 5S and lean production methods for repair output and productivity.

Mariel, Cuba

Under an administration contract between CCIS and a local logistics operator, responsible for management and monitoring of logistics activities, in the Mariel zone (ZEDM) in CUBA, including several consolidation warehouses, reefer and a container depot. Total staff of 170 people.Achievement of operational and trade objectives of the site, responsible for P&L, develop budget and investment of equipment, being the main contact for local authorities, customs, and hauliers.

La Granada Del Penedes / Tarragona

Management of the group's 2 warehouses in Spain, one of which is semi-automated with a total surface of 17,000 m2, providing daily service to Europe, the Middle East and Africa.Management of a multidisciplinary team of 55 people (warehouse, transport and supply departments) ensuring optimum service quality (same day shipping service) for the customer.Coordination of budgetary objectives, consolidation and analysis of the results as well as the prospects of each department. Implementation of KPI's for monitoring and control of logistics costs, stock levels and quality of service.Negotiation with works councils and suppliers.Direct reporting to the General Manager.

La Granada Del Penedes

Management of the distribution centre of the BIC group (promotional items division) with a total staff of 40 people. Centralisation of the service following the group's mergers and acquisitions in Europe. Optimisation of lay-out and available resources, achieving a service level of over 99%.Negotiation with suppliers, personnel delegates and health and safety committee.Reporting to the Operations Director.

Management and coordination of the group's 2 logistics platforms in Spain. Total staff of 150 people, ensuring the daily supply to a network of 75 establishments throughout the Iberian Peninsula.Management of human and material resources, within the limits of a global budget, in accordance with current legislation and always guaranteeing the best level of service.Reporting to the company's Board of Directors.
