As the Head of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) at Whitefriars School, I lead the teaching and learning of Spanish, and other languages across the secondary and primary phases. I am passionate about promoting the value and benefits of language learning, as well as developing the cultural awareness and global citizenship of our students.I have a PGCE from Coventry University and a BA in Modern Languages with Business from the University of Nottingham, where I also spent a year studying at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in Brazil. I have expertise in web content writing and Italian translation, as well as multiple certifications and awards, including the Duke of Edinburgh Silver. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and proficient in French and Italian.
