Analyzing the impact of supply-side ad network composition on mobile app ad revenue Determine how metrics like downloads, ad revenue and engagement of apps affect the market share of the app. Designed end to end pipeline to pre-process the raw data into meaningful data objects with proper structure. Calculate Pearson Correlation Coefficients between all the apps to gain useful insights from the data. Used the App Metadata to create SDK portfolio and ad network composition along with the Market share of the ad networks to know the major ad networks. Generated a final table with meaningful features using the portfolios, different ad compositions and market share of networks. Using Simultaneous Equations Model, regressed on the processed final table to obtain useful insights about the correlation between app metrics and their market share.Influential Power of YouTubers Collect info about YouTubers within a specific range of subscribers to calculate their influential power. Created a web scraper to scrap the Channel Ids. Monitor the trends in channels growth every week by updating channel attributes using YouTube API. Designed an HMM model to capture the trends in the growth of YouTubers. Train the model on collected data to predict the right time for YouTuber to collaborate with sponsors to grow their channel.
