Since August 2022, I have been a member of the Americas Talent Acquisition Team at Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions. As a University Relations Recruiter, I am responsible for developing and managing Early Career pipelines for various departments and programs at Vertiv, such as our U.S. Summer Intern Program, Engineering/Product Development New Grad Program, and Leadership Development and Rotational Programs. I partner with universities, colleges, and student organizations to identify and attract diverse and talented candidates for our ready for hire positions. I also support the onboarding, training, and mentoring of our interns and new graduates, and help to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion at Vertiv. I enjoy working with young professionals and helping them grow and succeed in their careers.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio Wesleyan University, where I coach part-time for the Women's Lacrosse team.
