I started out in the retail sector, where I led training in areas such as sales, telecommunications and customer service.My career expanded into Human Resources, exploring DHO, Employer Branding and Internal Communication. With a degree in Organizational Psychology and People Management from PUC-RS, I found my true vocation in people's well-being and human rights.My mission is to transform work environments into inclusive and welcoming spaces for everyone. I specialized in Human Rights and, more deeply, in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.I believe that DEI is not just an HR issue, but a culture and a strategy that should permeate the entire company.
