In this role I currently assist clients with moving from Paychex Time and Labor Online to our newer Flextime software. This process is very exact and requires extreme time management and organization to meet all deadlines, and to ensure the client transition is smooth. I have also been selected to work within the top 5% revenue generating space. These client needs are extremely complex and sensitive.

I worked in an expansive role that included many items consisting of, but not limited to, assisting with escalations, helping sales with their needs quickly as to obtain a quicker sale, re-engage clients to the implementation process, worked to build the bridge between sales and operations, and worked with management to find quick and efficient solutions. This role was imperative in learning to view items from all angles and act accordingly. During my tenure in this role, I partnered with operations to build better communication between sales and operations resulting in a 50% drop in cancelations, a 20% drop in implementation time needed, and a 35% increase to overall client satisfaction scores.
