- Operations officer for a unit comprised of over 3,000 soldiers. Responsible for planning, resourcing, and logistical support to all operations for four subordinate battalions - each comprising of 700+ soldiers.- Tracked all operational tasks and training metrics to ensure compliance and timely completion within established Army standards; ensured over 300 tasks of varying complexity were all completed on-time resulting in a combat-deployable Brigade.- Led the Department of Defense’s $5M multi-national exercise with Mexican Military that consisted of training and developing foreign nationals. - Responsible for the training, development, and welfare of 25-person team designed to destroy enemy forces through indirect fires.- Managed the movement and transportation of the platoon from Fort Bragg, NC to Yuma, AZ while accounting for over $10 million worth of equipment.- Planned, coordinated, and executed Department of Defenses, Project Convergence, that consisted of testing U.S. military modernization at the global level and a budget of nearly $100 million.-Responsible for coordinating and tracking simultaneous operations while maintaining logistical support to allpersonnel and equipment.- Maintained accountability and oversight of all on-hand supplies necessary to conduct operations; responsible for procurement of shortages and replacement parts as needed.

- Responsible for training, operations, and safety of over 39 Airborne Soldiers capable of worldwide deployment within 18 hours.- Deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan within 18-hours of notification in support of Operation Allies Refuge to protect and rescue over 120,000 Afghan allies and refugees.- Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating training at the individual, team, and collective level. Conducted assessments of the proficiency of the unit at echelon.
