I drew on my first-hand knowledge of the European litigation processes to develop and implement communication strategies which reinforce and/or build-upon established legal arguments. I also offered government affairs counsel on European and (select) national ICT policy developments, including: the European data protection reform; the roll-out of cloud computing solutions in Europe; government approaches to information and cyber security; and the development of an online European single market. This consists of devising political engagement campaigns which aim to position my clients around relevant policy dossiers to ensure that their voice is reflected in the wider legislative debate.
