I am the Managing Partner of Peebles Bergin Schulte & Robinson LLP. We are a national law firm dedicated to the representation of Indian tribes and tribal-owned entities. My practice includes tribal business and economic development, political and leadership disputes, government affairs, gaming law, employment and labor law, and litigation. From 2015 to 2021, I was repeatedly selected by my peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America listing for the practice area of Native American Law.From 2005-2010, I was based in Washington, D.C. representing tribal clients before Congress and federal agencies. From 2002-2005, I represented the accused as a defense attorney and handled administrative law matters. Prior to my legal practice, I enjoyed more than eight years of state legislative experience, working as a Legislative Consultant for a California State Senator; Legislative Aide for a California State Assemblyman, and Legislative Analyst for the California Trucking Association. I am a graduate of University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where I earned a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.
