Current2018 -2020 My team was restructured in September 2018 with a key objective of doubling the local co-operative economy in Plymouth by 2025, supporting co-operative development as well as the work of community economic development trusts. Currently supporting the Four Greens Community Trust with Community Asset Transfers and also contracted to the operational management of the Plymouth part of YTKO's 'New Start Devon' Enterprise Coaching Programme (2019 -2023)2021 - 2022: Following the revision of the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) & Use policy working with Land & Property drafting Service Level Agreements that sit alongside leases with facility to offer subsidised rent for community use of council assets. E.g. Arranging overarching lease for CAT of five assets to the Four Greens Community Trust where the driver is community economic development activities. Also tying in delivery and implementation of corporate priorities and the recently launched Plymouth Charter. Negotiated Extension of the YTKO New Start Devon programme through to June 2023. Supporting the Covid -Channel Area Response Exchange Interreg France Channel England programme ( C-CARE April 2021 - March 2023) with 3 French partners and 4 English partners reaching businesses and people hardest hit by the pandemic.January 2022, joined the National Marine Park PCC Client Team helping deliver the Capital Programme Development Phase (RIBA Stages 0 -3) of the Horizons NLHF NMP project for three Gateway Projects : Mt Batten & Peninsula, Hoe Foreshore & Garden Battery, Mt Edgcumbe. Key milestone is submission of the Delivery bid to the NLHF Summer 2023.
