Full responsibility for all operational aspects of managing safe, efficient and profitable business units (Southern Region & Western Region) within the Holemaster group in Ireland.Achieve targets and meet budgetary requirements on a year to year basis.Business development and expansion including increasing and developing the portfolio of services being offered and providing turn key solutions to clients.Co-ordinate and plan job schedules for each week / month, managing up to 42 staff at peak.Sales and Marketing function of the business.Conduct contract pricing, planning and supervision.Operate the business to ISO 9002 and Health & Safety standards.Recruit, train and supervise staff from 18 to 42 at peak.Negotiation and purchasing of large expenditure items and equipment. Manage the plant and equipment service, repair and maintenance.Ensuring that office administration and credit control is executed in a timely and professional manner.
