Responsible for managing commercial development, ongoing operations and technical/engineering projects for Williams oil & gas business both offshore and onshore along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast from Houma, Louisiana to the Texas/Mexico border. Responsibilities include both Transco FERC regulated pipelines and non-jurisdictional oil & gas assets. The Gulf West & Discovery organization includes a staff of 160 employees managing assets valued at ~$2.0 billion with annual profit and loss of ~$225 MM/Yr EBITDA.

Responsible for asset management and business development for Gulf Coast assets including three natural gas liquids pipelines (Tri-States, Wilprise & Belle Rose), three natural gas liquids fractionators (Promix, Baton Rouge & Mont Belvieu), one natural gas processing plant (Calumet) and one condensate stabilization unit (Pelican).
