Litigation Support
Current- Trains and coaches’ employees on processes, performance targets, goal achievement, client performance, de-escalation, negotiation, customer service and non-conformities.- Provides up skilling training when required.- Recommends and suggests new options for training and development.- Creates and edits training tools and training materials as requested.- Provides reporting as required to ensure documentation of training and agent performance.- Performs all managerial administrative tasks as required.- Assists Training Manager in planning training activities.- Recommends, schedules, and conducts agent’s continued training and development based on metrics.- Reports any content or curricular concerns to the Training Manager.- Manages nesting process.
