As a Certified Salesforce Administrator, I demonstrated strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Not only did I achieve my certification, but I gained valuable experience working for multiple clients across various industries.Selected Clients- Ascend Performing Arts – Lead multiple projects across the Salesforce spectrum, including integrating with DocuSign, Smarty Streets, Zapier, and JotForm. Heavy focuses on Automation and Data Cleanliness. Worked in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, as well as a custom-built application.- Bay Street Commercial – Created a brand-new application with multiple integrations and automation for a commercial real estate company and successfully completed everything from object/field creation to permissions, flows, and user management.- FODS – Migrated from an old CRM to a brand-new Salesforce Sales Cloud. As a Recruiting Specialist, my primary function was to travel across my territory to speak to high school students from a variety of backgrounds and different socio-economic situations. Through presentations, activities, and in depth and personalized one-on-one situations. I had specific quotas to fulfill and achieved them on a consistent basis. As an admissions representative, my job function was to call the leads that I and other people had generated, set up appointments, overcome objections, and complete tours of the campus in person and virtually.

During my time as a Sales Representative, I spent my time learning sales processes, cold calling techniques, overcoming objections, and closing sales. After taking a comprehensive sales training course, I was required to understand and know all aspects of the business, to communicate with and educate prospective clients.

As an Admissions Representative, I was required to approve or disapprove contractors who were trying to join our network. My job responsibilities included: crosschecking basic company information with public records located in government databases, running background checks for felonies and misdemeanors, checking licenses were updated and according to specifications.

As a Customer Care Specialist, my primary function was to follow up with homeowners who had used our services. During these calls, which ranged in difficulty and time, I would develop relationships with the customers, recommend further services and upsell on the services that they had originally requested.
