Manage the workflow of the Underwriting Support Team and the Implementation Team. Review of all stop loss, life, and disability contracts before issuance.Coach, manage, and set performance goals. Develop and document departmental procedures.

Supervise the work flow and production of the Business Coordinator Team. Train, monitor performance, and conduct employee reviews. Manage the relationships between Underwriting, Sales, Agents, and Home Office staff. Resolve escalated issues.

Coordinate the RFP process ( new and renewal ) from receipt of the RFP to the delivery of the policy and certificates for Excess Risk, Life, and Disability products. Prepare manual rate calculations and secure additional information needed essential to quoting. Manage the product implementation process.
