Duties include customer service, technical support, billing support, ordering new phone lines, processing account payables for Bestline, and processing tax remittance to various governmental bodies. More specifically resolved billing issues with customers, performed first tier troubleshooting and technical support, communicated with AT&T about Local Wholesale Complete and UNEp issues. Diagnostic skills include knowledge of local call processing, long distance call processing, toll free call processing, internet connectivity, caller ID functionality, local number portability provisioning, and complex circuit provisioning. Experience with the National SMS800 database, Siemens EWSD switch, NPAC number portability database, LEX (AT&T proprietary interface tool with CLECs), TnManager for interface with CNAM database. General office work also required regular use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Trained other employees in the above topics.
