Currently responsible for back office support including billing, payables, regulatory compliance, customer support escalations, and inventory procurement. To accomplish these tasks requires solid use of skills in data manipulation with SQL and Excel, personal communication, trouble shooting, and problem solving.

Duties include customer service, technical support, billing support, ordering new phone lines, processing account payables for Bestline, and processing tax remittance to various governmental bodies. More specifically resolved billing issues with customers, performed first tier troubleshooting and technical support, communicated with AT&T about Local Wholesale Complete and UNEp issues. Diagnostic skills include knowledge of local call processing, long distance call processing, toll free call processing, internet connectivity, caller ID functionality, local number portability provisioning, and complex circuit provisioning. Experience with the National SMS800 database, Siemens EWSD switch, NPAC number portability database, LEX (AT&T proprietary interface tool with CLECs), TnManager for interface with CNAM database. General office work also required regular use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Trained other employees in the above topics.

Duties included tracking and assigning workloads to members of the customer care escalation team, under manager supervision for an ISP who retailed a basic internet navigation device. Performed various tasks including refunds of disputed bills, advisement of how to communicate disputes involving long distance charges on customer phone bills, and returning defective units. Extensively used Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Duties included data entry of insurance applications into the Allstate underwriting system. Additionally the oversight of a project that required the training of other employees. Extensively used Excel and developed a Microsoft Access database. Received the Deerbrook Rookie of the year award for 1998 and was a regional finalist in the Allstate Award in Excellence competition.

Duties included telephone solicitations to the College of Liberal Arts Annual Fund. Later promoted to End of Day Operations which was responsible for daily generation of pledge cards from the previous night's calls and mailing of those cards. Assisted with larger mail solicitation campaigns with full time employees of the Development Office and corrected information on alumni in the University database.
