CurrentRole and expectations are as follows:o Work in a Waterfall and/ or Agile and/ or DevOps delivery modeo Expected to work independently or part of a teamo Expected to provide leadership and guidance to Analysts and peersSupport Leads and/ or Managers and/ or peers with strong proactive initiativeo Expected to work in multiple initiatives in parallel multi-tasking when requiredo Support client requests/ needs with strong proactive initiativeo Expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues/ roadblocks leveraging all mechanisms and resources availableo Input towards test strategy and test plan as requiredo Expected to Lead small and medium QA initiatives and when required lead multiple QA initiatives in parallel (upon appointment)o Assemble and lead test Strategy/ Plano Manage Defect Calls as requiredo Enforces SLAs/ SLOs for defect resolution turn-around timeso Develop, update and distribute QA dashboardso Coordinate daily testing activitieso Monitor QA resources and ensure timely and quality deliveryo Monitors and enforces Testing methodology to ensure quality standards are meto Oversee and ensure team professionalismo Mitigate risks and relay options and recommendations to managemento Manage team moraleo Ensures availability of required resources to conduct testing as per project needso Cross-train team memberso Ensure retests and appropriate defect managemento Assemble regression package and update as requiredo Plan, coordinate and execute DVT test phaseo Support and report on Normalizationo Manage defect management tools as required, Execute test conditions and scenarios as per test plan and test lead/ Manager directions for SIT, SFT, E2E, UAT, DVT and ORT for various IT systems, applications and toolso Responsible for attending Requirements/ Design phases to gain content knowledge to fulfill single point ofcontact role for their domain on behalf of the test teamo Overtime work is cyclical and expected during peak delivery phases
