Joined the company in July 2005 to open a store in Bray, Co. Wicklow as the 25th store of a huge expansion project. After initial setup and successful implementation, i was called upon to revive flagging sales in one of our city centre stores. This was achieved by recruiting and developing a new store team in conjunction with members of the existing team.
