Houston, Texas Area

Patrick was employed by US Bank as Vice President and Asset Manager for over 23 years. His primary focus was on loan related actives and management of the disposition of a nationwide portfolio of foreclosed commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and mixed use properties. Patrick was also involved in the due diligence process of the bulk real estate note acquisition process. Tasks included performing inspections and valuation of properties based on site visits, economic and demographic data. Property inspections were conducted in the continental U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and two Canadian provinces.Patrick worked an Account Officer from 1987-1990. He was employed by Mortgage Investment Company developing and maintaining loan and leasing brokerage relationships with banks, insurance companies and leasing companies. From 1983-1986, he was a Real Estate Loan Officer for Wells Fargo Credit Corporation working with banks, real estate investors, developers and insurance company. Both jobs included lending responsibilities such as loan solicitation, loan processing, preliminary underwriting and closings.
