CurrentNational director for Capita's Local Government, Building Control Services located in Barnet, North Tyneside, Breckland, Manchester and Belfast. My role also includes leading our Specialist Consultancy Services as we diversify our operations to meet the needs of our customers. I’m fortunate to work with some fantastic clients and on some amazing projects that are both residential and commercial in nature. I lead a very dynamic and hardworking team of professional individuals that involves a wide and varied administration of legislation in Building Control and the wider construction and regulatory system.We are charged with coordinating and delivering quality Building Control and Specialist Consultancy Services for our customers, as we strive to improve the amenity and safety of their communities. We carefully manage every stage and aspect of the regulatory process, relationships, procedures through engaging people and developing partnerships.
