Supporting clients in Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois through tier one and two level troubleshooting of problem reports for EdPlan , PCG's IEP Solution for Education. Also assist with the development of new features and add on modules designed to enhance performance and improve client/student reporting. Establish and maintain documentation standards for clients providing up-to-date step-by-step instructions for client use of the EdPlan system.

• Interfaces with client and engineering for the Honeywell contract on daily basis. • Supervises thirty-five data team members on three shifts, assignment of shift coverage, and creatively coordinates scheduling for vacation and training for the data network team in a WAN/LAN environment• Responsible for documentation and fact gathering to support client requested root cause analysis (RCA) reports

• Provide WAN technical support for a large Frame Relay clientele. • Responsible for Documenting client WAN routing change requests or new site turn up. • Worked primarily with Cisco and Bay Networks devices providing a variety of WAN solutions for clients.

Basic day to day operations technical support for staff in the Borden Building, downtown Columbus Ohio. Troubleshooting computer and peripheral connectivity from the end user station to switch or hub and then back to server if needed.
