With over 30 years experience in the industry, I have gained an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, able to aid in bringing ideas to a complete finished and more importantly a workable product. Starting with kitchen concept , visualisation, specifying and designing all the way through to supply and install. Be it a 20 seater cafe or a 5 star hotel, a local restaurant or a stately home. I have worked on numerous projects in my career. Beyond kitchens i can recommend and advise on restaurant tabletop and bar design, working at menu development stage to increase revenue by educating and recommending the right products for the right environment . Over 25 years of of experience within the speciality coffee space, educating and helping set up front and back of house coffee solutions. The final piece of the puzzle is my ability to add value by recommending and installing epos systems to streamline and enhance the customer experience .
