I have had a very diverse working background from construction, to owning a small business, to running heavy equipment and finally my many years at Procter and Gamble. In my time at P&G I realized I have limitless potential and I truly love working with large groups of people to accomplish great things. I enjoy helping people develop to their full potential and push them even further. I never had the chance to go to college but I have had an education you cannot buy. My father always said "you can buy a degree but you can't buy an education"! I value people and what they bring to the table. To me actions speak much louder than words.
