• Deliver service in response to requests and queries of all major and minor issues impacting client’s business.
• Respond to all client email, web portal requests, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner ensuring regular update are provided.
• Maintain ownership of assigned requests through resolution, escalating either internally or externally as appropriate.

• Top level support contact for all network related issues for multiple site operating 24x7x365.
• Upgrade and migration of voice infrastructure from Cisco CallManager 5.x and Unity 5.x to Communications Manager 9.1 and Unity Connection 9.1. All servers were migrated from MCS platform to Cisco UC on UCS platform.
• Installation and configuration of IM and Presence 9.1 with Jabber for Windows.
• Design, planning, and implementation of voice and network infrastructure for numerous sites in order to migrate from legacy PBX, or POTS only infrastructures to centralized Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.
• Planning and migration of core switching at top casino property from EOL Catalyst 4006 to Catalyst 4510 while minimizing downtime to the 24x7 operations.
• Design, planning, and implementation of voice and security solution for 20+ small retail locations utilizing Cisco DMVPN, zone-based firewall, and AT&T FlexReach for PSTN connectivity.

• Customer deployment, support, and upgrades of Cisco voice products including Unified Communication Manger 4.x,5.x,6.x,7.x Unity 4.x,5.x, Meetingplace Express, Contact Center Express.
• Cisco security product deployment and support including ASA/PIX, and IOS firewalls, IPSEC and SSL VPN’s, MARS.
• Infrastructure deployment and support of routing and switching protocols with Cisco ISR routers and Cisco 6500, 4500, 3K, 2K series switches.
