I have taught introductory first-year classes in mathematics to students with backgrounds ranging from the humanities to commerce, while also being invited to tutor advanced third year classes. Across the board, I have consistently excelled in helping students better understand the subject material, and have often gone beyond what was required to put my students in the best position to excel. I have provided one-on-one consultations, and additional course notes to my students, in order to help them understand, and enjoy, difficult and complex ideas. I have also demonstrated a keen attention to detail, and have always strived for integrity. For this, I have repeatedly been asked to join exam supervision and marking teams. Show less
