As the General Manager of College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, I oversee the daily operations of one of the top franchises in the country. I manage a team of professional movers, ensuring quality customer service, efficient scheduling, and smooth logistics. I also handle the financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting, payroll, and invoicing.I have more than 10 years of experience in the moving industry, starting as a Professional Mover at Maximus Moving LLC. There, I gained valuable skills in coordinating crew operations, communicating with clients, and handling various moving scenarios. I also have a strong background in retail, having worked at Aramark for 17 years, managing a retail location for large-scale sporting and concert events. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UMASS Lowell, where I learned the fundamentals of management, marketing, and accounting. My goal is to leverage my education, skills, and expertise to grow and improve the College Hunks franchise and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
