Patrick Faison has 20+ years of Learning & Development, Program Management, Sales and Operations experience. His demonstrated leadership, drive, and performance have earned him both respect in the industry and recognition as a top performer. His career has ranged from managing sales into Enterprise, Commercial and Public Sector accounts to managing Cisco channel partner accounts to running successful Sales and Leadership programs for large, diversified sales forces globally. He has managed global teams focused on Career & Talent development supporting multiple business functions across Cisco globally. He joined Cisco as part of the Americas Sales Operations team as an Inside Sales Channel Account Manager. He managed 2 tier partners in the US Southeast Channel operations. He then joined the US Channel Sales Operations team where he managed sales negotiations for non-standard pricing on competitive sales opportunities. He also managed targeted Sales Promotion programs supporting the Enterprise, Commercial and Public Sector regions. He then became a Program Manager in the Sales Enablement organization driving key sales programs around Cisco’s Data Center technology as well as Sales Onboarding programs for new hires. The next adventure on his journey was to join the Operations team for Learning Services. In this role he managed Leadership development programs across Cisco as a Service Delivery Manager overseeing and supporting the Learning Services organization globally with a managed service focused on project management support for learning opportunities. He then moved into a leader role where he is led a team of global Client Service Managers overseeing the delivery & execution of strategic learning solutions to develop Cisco's people talent to help drive the company's strategy forward. Patrick is currently in the Learning & Careers team within the People & Communities organization where he has led a team chartered with the responsibility of developing and delivering Cisco’s first enterprise-wide career strategy. This innovative strategy involved strong collaboration with partners such as the Program Insights team, and the Learning Innovation and Design team. Patrick has recently accepted a position as a business consultant within the Learning & Careers team supporting strategic areas of the business to drive adoption and growth of the L&C portfolio. In this new role he engages directly with business leaders to enable continued growth around skill development, career movement and talent development to accelerate Cisco’s transformation strategy.
