And the more you help the better you feel. I spent most of my life working for one family owned business in residential construction. I had the pleasure of working alongside some of the hardest working, goal-oriented, and overall amazing people. Through their help I was promoted from junior salesperson, to salesperson, to division manager, to sales manager.
