  Managed two tier-one global accounts in the Data Communication Industry, IBM and EMC2, with revenue approximately $30M in high speed, discrete wired, and harnessed cable assemblies Primary interface with customers and sales account managers and internal functions driving results through initiative, focus, leadership, and team work  Provided market updates, competitive analysis, revenue plans, and forecasts for plant loading which improved customer lead times by 6 weeks Lead an internal team resurrecting an end-of-life program resulting in $8M revenue while achieving a 4X pricing markup Responsible for pricing, profitability, and understanding competitive pricing threats, along with balancing revenue and profit goals Directed and influenced all aspects of internal account support by communicating goals, projects, and deliverables to exceed customer expectations Directed the daily activities of 3 engineers with responsibility for account support while collaborating with signal integrity, quality, and materials and planning functions Promoted new product and process technologies for market leading position in high speed cable assemblies Reviewed all customer opportunities presented by sales account teams and disseminated to engineering and plant teams for costing.
