Fletcher was the largest privately owned golf apparel company in Canada.I served as the Marketing Manager for the golf apparel brand Aureus and Aurea that was rebranded in 2006 as AUR. This transformation helped the brand become more focused, creative and unique in the marketplace.

Coalision is a leading international sportswear company based out of Montreal, Canada. During my time at Coalision, I helped the company's premier brand (Orage) grow internationally and become a major player in the freeski movement that revitalized the ski industries in the early 2000. As the Marketing Communications Manager, I was responsible for defining and managing the brand identity of all brands in Coalision’s portfolio (Orage, Laikus, Paradox & Lolë) as well as the holding’s identity (Coalision). In addition to the brand identity plans, I also developed the communication strategies for all markets and managed their execution with our creative partners (design agencies, photographers, writers, DJs, videographers, PR agents, etc.) and insured their correct application in each market by our local marketing teams (Canada, US, Europe & Asia).

I was responsable for organizing all promotional and PR events in Montreal for the launch of MGM movies (press screenings, local press relations, media monitoring, promotional screenings, local partnerships, local promotional events). During this time, I also worked on the promotion in Montreal of movies distributed by MGM Distribution group but created by other production companies (Orion Pictures, Castle Rock Entertainment, United Artists, etc.).
