Working on Pennsylvania Chemicals, supported leadership in risk-based decisions through identification, assessment, and response planning of threats/opportunities against project objectives. Performed probabilistic Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) to fully integrate the impact of risks and opportunities on the project’s cost estimate and schedule for Final Investment Decision (FID).

Greater New Orleans Area

Prioritized focus for Shell’s flagship brown-field project, Cardamom, a $1.9 billion retrofit subsea tieback to the existing Auger platform. My project increased transparency for Cardamom during the Auger platform shutdown by identifying critical activities, based on safety, schedule, and cost.
