• Manage the JAPAC Oracle GIT Data Center Operations, primarily in Japan and Singapore. These operations include servers, operating systems, database, storage and archive infrastructures that are aligned with the corporate strategy. • Lead the day-to-day operational support in JAPAC region, which include crisis incidents management, handle any special projects and customers’ escalation requests.• Lead and oversee the end-to-end Singapore Oracle Data Centers consolidation project which involved the closure of both Oracle and Sun proprietary enterprise Data Centers (located in Oracle/Tele-park and Sun/Central Mall). This strategic project took 12-month from the design stage, sourcing for locations and vendors to implementation. It was successfully completed in Feb 2012. This consolidation project delivered an overall savings of USD 2 million hosting cost per year. With the closure of the Sun Data Center, resulted in an additional saving of USD1.8 million rental cost per year.
