- Provide 24/7 monitoring and support for mission critical IT infrastructure(SCADA Energy Management System) associated with the ElectricTransmission Control Center operations for PSEGLI.- Perform regular system administration tasks on Windows and Linuxservers such as patch management, disaster recovery testing, antivirusupdates, log reviews, etc., to help the group remain NERC CIP compliant.- Complete regular database and display maintenance on the EMS SCADAXA21 system (I.e. update analog limits, add new devices by creating and/orrepurposing existing points, update/create AutoCAD display drawings thatrepresent the Long Island Electric Grid).

- Edited, revised, proofread and formatted product user guides, installation manuals, etc.- Collaborated with engineering teams both in Holtsville and across the world to update guides and document new features- Tested guides for accuracy and understandability using associated devices to update the guide

- Completed PM/Safety Inspections and ground leakage tests on hospital’s electrical equipment - Assembled and tested new equipment and machinery- Troubleshot, repaired, recalibrated and tracked inventory of various hospital instruments, parts, and equipment
