Field work: Work with national and local customers (Distribution Centers, Movie Theaters, Banks, Retail Stores and Restaurants) to provide voice, data, circuit extensions and video cabling services and solutions. Provide onsite technical support to Install, configure, repair and/or replace equipment on the WAN/LAN, POS, video or wireless network. Reimage and install new software on PC’s and POS equipment. Office Work: Sales, customer service, account payables, account receivables, purchasing, payroll, contract negotiations and provided estimates based off of surveys. Programs used: QuickBooks Pro, MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

Manage day to day operations. Worked with Management, Sales, Project Managment, Accounting, Warehouse and Field Technicians to resolve any issue in a timely manner and to support each teams' goals. This was a start up with all great hard-working employees. Management was unable to secure enough funding to support its national operations causing the company to cease operations.
