Current- Established the Academy's New York office and launched numerous events, awards programs, and outreach initiatives with the goal of increasing awareness of Academy operations outside California. - Produced more than 100 events annually including the New Member Reception, Oscar Night NY celebrations and Gold Women's Fellowship that doubled member participation over five years. - Developed and executed public programs such as Monday Nights with Oscar, Academy at Metrograph and Meet the Oscars building a subscriber base that numbered in the thousands. - Engaged aspiring filmmakers through outreach programs such as Academy on Campus, Careers in Film and Visiting Artists both in the US and abroad. In four years the network of partners has grown from two in New York to over 14 arts education organizations nationwide. - Moderated post-screening conversations with filmmakers and industry professionals such as Tom Hanks, Ava Duvernay and Oprah Winfrey.- Identified future leaders across Academy membership disciplines that resulted in a 11% increase in representation on the Academy Board of Governors and several executive committees.
