Managing Director of the multi award winning estate agency Patrick Henry based in Clapham South, London, Managing Director at Radiance London (Luxury Tanning Salons), Managing Director of Reliance Design and Build (A residential and commercial building company with clients such as the NHS, Sushi Samba and more), Managing Director of Reliance Health (a medical installation and maintenance company).My career started at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward in Earlsfield as a Sales Negotiator.In my first year I met my target to become the top salesperson in my office and in 2011 I excelled and exchanged more business than anyone else in my region by a 30% margin.I then moved on and accepted the position of Assistant Manager at James Pendleton Estate Agents in Clapham South after being promoted from a Senior Sales Negotiator position and winning the negotiator of the year award after 9 months of employment.In 2013 I undertook my first property development project and began to establish my own estate agency in Clapham South. Since then I have completed four other development projects for myself personally and many more for clients.In 2014 the doors to my estate agency Patrick Henry were open and within the first year we won the Sunday Times award for the ‘Best Lettings Newcomer’. We have one many awards since then, most notably the ‘Rising Star’ award from The Negotiator which identified me as someone with fantastic achievements to date and a bright future ahead.In 2016 I co-founded Radiance London, a luxury tanning salon. In the few years we have been open we have opened a second salon, created our own range of products and started on the path to franchising the business.In 2018 I co-founded Reliance Design and Build which began as a residential building company and evolved into a residential and commercial contractor with notable clients such as the NHS, The Ministry of Defence and Sushi Samba.In 2019 I co-founded Reliance Health which now works alongside Reliance Design and Build under the parent company Reliance Incorporated. Reliance Health is a medical installation and maintenance company that works primarily in hospitals and medical settings. As of 2022 we have assisted in over 20 hospitals across the country and have plans to expand abroad.
