Safely transport passengers in need of mobility assistance around the University campus; schedule and coordinate rides with drivers and passengers.

Dispatch up to 27 transit coaches, 4 paratransit vans, and 3 training vehicles simultaneously, coordinate with Maintenance and Operations departments for safe and efficient service, offer customer service to walk-in and phone patrons, cover open shifts, and other duties as assigned by administrative staff members.

Train drivers in the safe and timely operation of transit coaches, paratransit vans, school-bus type vehicles, coaches, and other fleet vehicles; train dispatchers in procedures and responsibilities, and advanced driving skills.

Operate a variety of vehicles for charter service throughout the state, including school bus-type vehicles, coaches, passenger vans, and luxury sedans.

Co-supervise a crew of six student employees conducting daily cleaning, fueling, and parking of transit coaches coming off route.

Operate transit coaches (including RTS's, Gilligs, and New Flyers) in a safe and timely manner on PVTA routes.

Customer Service, Product Stocking, and Product Receipt & Return
