Welcome!My name is Patrick. I am a proud Dad, blessed and very lucky! I grew up in San Diego. Studied and graduated from San Diego State with degree's in International Business and Economics. I also recently completed an online course on Food & Nutrition. My son Jordan means everything to me. He is awesome! Jordan is 6 years old, is in first grade and has an amazing golf swing. I love to travel and explore. In 2007, I backpacked Europe for 2 months and visited 9 countries. I've also traveled extensively in Colombia and Costa Rica. I am bilingual; speaking English and Spanish. For the past 15 years, I have been a lead bartender / mixologist at a Luxury Collection Hotel in Downtown San Diego. My bartending career started at the W Hotel while I was in college at SDSU. The W Brand created a culture of service that was committed to the highest standards of professionalism. I embraced and embodied excellence and outstanding service through W's 'Whatever / Whenever' guest philosophy. This guest first approach was a game changer for me and still is today. In 2011 and again in 2021, I was recognized and awarded for being the most name praised employee by guests on Social Media. Just like the great Horst Schulze once said " We are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen." One of my favorite activities is reading. I try and read everyday. Since 2019, I have read over 400 books. For me, books are a great way to discover new perspectives and ideas. I enjoy reading books about history, self development, business & management, finance & money, science & engineering, health & wellness, and many more genres. Biographies and memoirs are also some of my favorites because they offer a lifetime of insight in just a few hundred pages. One day, I'll write my own book!Golf has been a very important part of my life journey. I've played competitive golf since I was 14 years old. I love competition because it brings out the best in people. In 2021, I placed 1st in the season long race on the Grint Tour for Southern California. Golf has taught me principles like hard work, perseverance, etiquette and patience. I carry these fundamentals everyday on and off the course. When I hit a wayward tee shot into the tree's, I remind myself that you gotta love it. I am constantly trying to improve my game; it's never ending, but I love it and I am up for the challenge. I know my best rounds are in front of me!
