Ran the Cary location consisting of a birth to kindergarten full day program, and a four year old half day program. Was a 4 star program, ran all aspects of the facility. Hiring, HR, payroll, compliance with Division of Child Development, sanitation, and fire inspection. Interfaced with parents, and managed and scheduled 20 staff. When this facility was closed because of a building sale, i was transferred to Clayton location. Took the center from 45 children to 110 during my tenure there.

Taught 12 four year old children in a NAEYC accredited childcare program. Did all curriculum planning, classroom management, parent teacher conferences.Returned to this program to work when my wife was laid off from work.

Worked with Community Partnerships in assisting children with special needs, helped maintain all state and county compliance issues. Worked with a Board of Directors, interfaced daily with church staff and parents. Helped with NAEYC curriculum planning. Handled all HR issues. After director was left, ran all aspects of the center until a new director was hired, while taking my newborn daughter to work with me.
